Minehunter: A Classic Minesweeper Clone in Godot

Minehunter is a recreation of the popular Minesweeper game, built using the Godot Engine. This project provides a functional and familiar gameplay experience, allowing users to enjoy a classic puzzle game within the Godot environment.

Gameplay Mechanics

The game implements standard Minesweeper mechanics, including left-clicking to open tiles, right-clicking to flag potential bomb locations, and a recursive tile-opening feature when a safe tile is revealed. The game also includes a mechanic where clicking on an opened tile checks if the surrounding flags match the number of bombs, opening the remaining tiles and potentially triggering an explosion if a tile is misflagged.

Future Improvements (TODO)

The developer has outlined several planned enhancements, including improving the visual feedback for winning or losing, fixing the header alignment for better responsiveness, refining the text entry styles, and enhancing the overall UI aesthetics.
